Great website and prices. I was going to purchase the item elsewhere because their initial pricing was lower, but once shipping was added, it was more expensive to purchase the item every other place. Keep up the great prices! |

The order is supposed to take 1 - 3 days to process, so I was shocked when my shipment arrived on the second day. I will continue to place all my orders at Horticulture Source. |

Do yourself a favor, find another retailer that has the product you're looking for. Thier customer service is the worst, and you simply cannot get them via telephone. I ordered a snapture snapstand from these guys since their price was so low. When the package finally came, it was the wrong stand. I tried getting a hold of them via telephone,...have fun speaking to the recording, they simply do not accept telephone calls, only emails, which take them 24hrs to respond to. After explaining the error via email, one return label was sent to me, the problem is, it was two boxes. After one month of back and forth emailing, a second label was finally sent. After shipping back their screwed up order, I noticed no refund had taken place. I had to call and complain to get my refund processed. The kicker is that they refused to refund the shipping charges for the product they incorrectly shipped to me. Save your sanity, shop somewhere that appreciates your business |

There website is a bit clunky and very,very slow at times. I use Firefox though, so it may be a different experience for IE users. If the shipping charges were not so high they would of received high marks across the board from me. |

I have not received item yet so I cannot comment on the service. The wide range of items offered at reasonable price is a plus. Web page is very cluttered and they really need a professional web page developer to clean it up especially the category bar on the left is very hard to read. |

When they say "Lowest prices guaranteed" they are true to their word, at least in my experience. I don't know how they beat the manufacturer of Smart Pots, pricewise, but they do. They seem to have everything you could possibly want, for any kind of gardening you can think of! Very impressive! |

There could be an easier way to search for items; I found this to be the hardest aspect of the site. Also, considering the uniqueness of the items included, a categorization of items would help on the left hand column, which appears too cluttered to find what you want. E.g., I want a bulb, type florescent, length 2 ft, output 6500. Since all lights are either vegetative or flowering, they could be so divided. |

What a horrible company to deal with, unbelievably high shipping charges! AND God help you if you have to return a defective item! So far I have had to pay $30.00 in additional shipping to return defective items, that really pissed me off! I recommend you stay as far away from this website/company as you can! They have excuses for any complaint you air to them. I will NEVER do business with them ever again and suggest you never start. |

very pleased with the prices of the items but dissatisfied with the added shipping cost of additional items. overall , a great place to shop. definitely recommendable for the prices but thats it. irecieved my order after it was rescheduled and upon recieving it i notice right away that it was damaged upon assembly. i called customerservice and they responded by say that they dont except returns on sale items...but my order was rescheduled and damage upon arrival. lost for words with disgust. |

Everything is fine with this site. Try to reach a real person, impossible...everything is by email. Their shipping practices suck. They will ONLY ship to the purchaser and WILL NOT ship to any other facility address. This poses a real problem for some of us in it delays the delivery to where it needs to be because it has to be re-shipped once it's received causing delays and causes double shipping costs. |
