Which maxed out my credit card and caused other items that I was buyin from other places to bounce. It took 5 days of phone calls to sort it out. Amex & my bank were also making mistakes that added to my problems. NOT fun! They only shipped it today, 1 Dec. I have not gotten it. This was exactly as advertised, so I am not upset with that part, but your questionaire was sent too soon. Also, you should give a choice of not applicable or don't know.	Overall Rating

Only downside of the site was that Owner Documentation was not readily available for viewing. Eventually found documentation after purchase by looking up products in the service and support area of their web site. Order was split - HP Direct has missed the estimated ship date for the remainder of the order (H109357938) and has not posted a new ship date.
