Only downside of the site was that Owner Documentation was not readily available for viewing. Eventually found documentation after purchase by looking up products in the service and support area of their web site. Order was split - HP Direct has missed the estimated ship date for the remainder of the order (H109357938) and has not posted a new ship date. Now that the laptop has arrived, I like the PC but.... Out of box I got message "Required System Software Not Installed" I am having problems loading it. I have an ID 2724085 with HP. Bot resolved. HP should send a CD copy of software installed, and send better documentation, esp. with a new operating system Win7, that wasn't properly installed!!!	Overall Rating
