I ordered my phone on a Wednesday and received it on a Thursday. I have NEVER received anything I purchased on the internet on a 1 day turnaround. My new phone looks lovely in my master bedroom. I really appreciate excellent service and recommend HPP Enterprises!! |

Good company. My product was out of stock, so they sent me a product one step higher for the same price. The shipping took a couple days longer than I would have liked. So that is the only reason it's a 4 and not a 5. I highly recommend them for any purchase you want to make, regardless. |

3 days after i placed the order which said that it's stock, I got an e-mail that it"s not in stock. Their web site (I guess ) is not updated HPP Enterprises's Response: True - our inventory updates daily, this one was "in between" and did not get confirmation from distributor that this item was no longer available. Our apology for the delay - this is a rare occasion. |

I Emailed requesting my status never received a response then when I complained about not getting a response I was basically called a liar. HPP Enterprises's Response: Completely untrue. We replied to every single question. Customer using @hotmail and going to Bulk Mail, most likely. We even replied directly from PriceGrabber. Customer rec'd order. We attempted to contact customer over and over, and sent PriceGrabber CC: of our correspondence - this is NOT TRUE. |
