The first motherboard I ordered was DOA and the second was packed so half-assed that the southbridge heatsink was bent and the anti-static bag had been punctured in a number of places. Customer service representatives, however, are polite and capable of basic problem solving. Both times the product stretched to its longer time estimates for arrival. I will not be ordering from, nor speaking highly of, this company in the near future.	Overall Rating

Example: one DVD-ROM shipped for about $8.00, while the four I ordered shipped for $10.69. This is not universal within the industry. When I recived the item, it looked like a used piece, but it was never mentioned in the website that its an open item. The ear phone pin did not match with the player, when I called the customer service the only solution they gave was that its not their mistake, and I should pay for a expedited shipping and return the item to them and then they will check it. I won't suggest this website to anyone nor would I purchase an item again from them.	Overall Rating
