When registering on the site, I was asked to click on a space verifying that I had read and agreed with their policies. Those policies were difficult to locate. Didn't expect that. Purchase went smoothly, though. I could've just set up the account without the credit card info, and put it in at checkout, but it probably gets saved either way. We are wondering if we received a returned or damaged item. Not pleased. Retailer Response (08/25/2006): Our customer service department is happy to help our customers. Merchant explains that pricegrabber estimate is based on ground shipping not fedEx. The option to chose ground shipping was NOT listed as an option on merchants site. The FedEx rate was the lowest possible option. Item has not yet arrived so cannot comment any further in that catagory. Price for item purchased was good however.
