It was suprisingly easy to order through the website. It only took me about 1 minute to register and process the order. My experience so far (from the product details to actually ordering) has been a very positive experience. If the shipping process is anywhere as good as the website ordering process then I feel things will turn out great. I received the part in excellent condition very quickly. Hyper Microsystems has done an awesome job with my order. Thanks a ton! |

My shopping experience went very quickly, right to the point and was very user friendly. My only concern was that I didn't see a lead time, but as a uniform, I update my records with 1 week lead time. |

When I received a Pioneer DVD burner from Hyper Microsystems, I was surprised to see that it was a reconditioned item, clearly not indicated in their advertising. When I called to complain, I was told that this was a mistake on their part and that they would replace it with a newly manufactured model. FedEX is supposed to pick up the item May 30-tomorrow-and once Hyper Microsystems receives it, they will ship out the new item. Hopefully, this will be the case. Pretty disappointing thus far! |

I ordered a different motherboard from Hyper earlier today, which was listed as 'in-stock'. No delivery date showed on my receipt, so I called customer service to verify. CS was polite, cancelled order because out of stock. So tried to order diff MB on Hyper a few times later in evening, but order page was down. Finally ordered through Pricewatch link to Hyper showing $54.95 total incl. s&h Link brought me to Hyper Microsystems site, but total became $56.54.Difference, $1.59. Pay attention! :) |

What an absolutely awful web site! I enter my new userid/password and all the pertinent information and save it. I try to reenter the site and it says unknown user. I reenter all the information again (credit card number, address, etc.). When I want to check out, it says I have no saved items. I try again and it says internal error. Error after error for nearly 2 hours. I did, however, receive the item on time with no problems. I would buy from them again. |

At one point my cart cleared itself and I had to re add my items. Other than that the site is adequate. Product selection is good, but some of the product details are missing or lacking in detail. |

I ordered the product to be shipped overnight on a Tuesday. I didn't receive it until Friday. The product has arrived, but I cannot delete this pre-printed sentence. I will better assess that when the product arrives. |

This was my first order from this site. i hope they deliver on the merchandise. They seem to be a reputable company. If this order goes wihout any hitches then i would consider buying from them again in the fuure sicne they don't seem to be highly priced. |

Had trouble getting tax applied. Also had to a ough time getting to check out. I had to submit checkout 3 to 4 times before it went. Other than that it was a good experience. |

Packaging to protect the products was improperly inserted into the box, which exposed the product to potential damage. I am testing the products this week to make sure they both operate corectly. |

The first time I tryed to register it kicked me out when I completed the form, with no explanation. I had to go through registration twice, which is a lot of information to retype since this was for a business with a different billing address and shipping address. Otherwise ordering was easy with good information provided. |
