Received it in one day even though I used two-day shipping(thanks FedEx!) and had no problems with the order. I could not find this drive priced lower anywhere(Cheeatah 15-36LP, 18.4GB version) and the drive cooler was a steal as well. Definately recommend them for HDDs.	Overall Rating

Their price for the unit was the cheapest, and the unit new with all the accessories intact. They offer FedEx 2 day shipping for only $10.50. The drive and cables were pack nicely BUT my 10 DVD generic Disks were NOT in the box. I therefore called sales back and reported the problem. They apologized and said this could've happen and sales spoke to their supervisor as to what can be done. The supervisor granted and overnight delivery of the DVD genric disk and I should receive them today. The Pioneer 104 works fine so far	Overall Rating

We payed trough a wire transfer and besides we were kind of a pain in the ... they helped us and we finally got what we needed. we bought a DVR-104 an sent it to MIAMI (Where someone picked it up and send it here)although the guys at FedEx were not really as helpful or efficient as those at Hypermicro (they couldn´t find the address on time and we got our package a couple of days later). Called Thursday to confirm shipment, I was told they would try and have it out that day. Called Friday, not shipped, said card was denied, ran card again and it was approved. Now they say they are out of stock. Canceled order and was told they would remove the charge on the card immediately. Tried using the same card later on and find they hadn't removed the charge. I ordered a Pioneer DVR-A05 DVD drive, which is how it is described on the site. But when I received it the drive was an OEM model DVR-105 which is basically the cheaper un-branded drive. After calling the sales dept they gave me the run around saying they were all out of the A05 model and had to substitute the 105 in place of it. (YEAH RIGHT) He also said they were out of the 105 now as well. Shipping was on time and accurate.	Overall Rating

The drive is quite different from the retail version, it's a different color, uses different firmware, and isn't supported by Sony. To give them credit, I did receive the merchandise pretty fast, and they allowed me to return it. I recommend them as long as you know exactly what you're buying.	Overall Rating

It writes DVD-R at 4X as advertised. They need to correct the DVD+R write speed in their advertisement. I requested to return the unit as I want a writer that writes both +R and -R at 4X. After I received it, I did some further research and discovered that what they sent me was not a DVR-A05, it was a DVR-105 drive in a plain brown box with Hyper Microsystems' version of the A05 bundle. I reported this discrepancy to Hyper Microsystems almost three weeks ago and have not received a response. I feel like I've been cheated.	Overall Rating
