The website is a little hard to navigate. Either there isn't a button to check your shopping cart, or I couldn't find it. The discount listed on the home page is misleading (false). It gave a code to use for toner cartridges, and I ordered toner cartridges, but when I put the code in, it said my order wasn't valid for the code. |

There is not a great description of what you are buying. It says a toner cartridge and a yeild of 2000 pages, however, it doesnt say new, refurbished, etc. |

I've dealt with I-Market City for years. The few times a problem has occured they have been incredible in their customer service. I no longer search for better prices. These people know what they're doing and they do it well AND they're standard shipping is incredibly fast. |
