I only had one bad experience with last order it was never shipped. Patrick took my call relized that had happened and personally woaked my order down to be Fed Ex that day. |

Great pricing. Easy to navigate. Site says FREE SHIPPING on orders $79.99 or more but my purchase didn't qualify and I spent $120. I would try them again. |

Thought it said free shipping but was charged 4 bucks... But that is cool and was probably my error. I was personally surprised they would ship for free on this anyway. Their prices are the best anywhere and we just bought this stuff from our vet for 30 bucks. They only charged what I would consider a reasonable rate of $4 for shipping and that's an honest number where shipping is concerned! Heck they could have doubled that and they would still beat local prices on Spot On for Pets. ; ) |

The availability of free shipping on the items I ordered on the website was not obvious. However, the customer service was excellent when I called to resolve the uncertainty. They consistently have the best prices on CET Hextra chews. I will buy from them again! I would rate them as very good overall if that option was available. |

Best prices online. Every order comes with a 5% discount for next order. It could only be better if they offered free shipping for orders over a min value, say $75. |
