The merchandize I received look absolutely nothing like what was displayed on their website. The changing table I purchased was advertized as a coffee finish was actually two completely different colors. The only way to make the items match is use Photoshop to doctor the images. I contacted their customer service about the issues and they wanted and received photos of the problem. After sending photos they claimed to need photos of another item which on their own website is advertized as a different collection which does not match other collections to compare finishes. The company takes no responsibility for what it sells and claims it is an issue with the manufacture and is not their problem. Still no resolution and I’ve been ripped off for a couple hundred bucks. Stay away, horrible products and customer service.	Overall Rating

Having searched out feedback on merchants and had some horrible experiences where companies went out of business before my order was shipped, I felt it important to give good feedback where it is deserved. After a long 6 months or so of trying to purchase a monroe dining set and baker's rack, I gave a last ditch effort and ordered from ifurn.com. From the moment when I called (wanted to make sure someone would answer the phone) to the point of delivery, I had an awesome experience. I received the merchandise only 13 days after I ordered. It wasn't cheap at $1200 and I have put together the table and two chairs and the quality is excellent and it wasn't too difficult to do. The glass table top was packed very well, may be the manufacturer Hillsdale. I would highly recommend www.ifurn.com - credit is due as not everyone out there can even deliver. I received an out of stock notice on 3/1 saying it would be shipped on 3/22. I asked for and received a 10% disount. Today, 3/15, I received another backorder delay until 4/1. Price Grabber website shows hutch is in stock, but their website shows an out of stock until 3/23. Prices are great though. I am still trying to work w/ the merchant. They seem to be reasonable.
