I ordered a HP compatible cartridge at 4:pm and received it the next day. I was also emailed a tracking # that evening. Their generic cartridge is just as good as HP and alot cheaper. I will definately buy from them again |

I placed my order without any problems on their site (navigating very easy) and received my invoice and confirmation email promptly. Order arrived as expected (7 days) via UPS. Prices for remanufactured toner cartridge are excellent. Will do business again with merchant. |

While their selection is very limited (its not really an office supplies house, but a toner store), they do have some phenomenal deals, some half the price of my local store. Shipping was fast, will buy from them again. |

I ordered compatible cartridges for a Dell 5110 printer. The cartridge leaked and caused major damage to my printer, which I had to repair at my expense. I requested a full refund, based on the company's money back guarantee, but they have refused to refund the money even though I returned all of the cartridges. Over the last 8 months I have contacted them via e-mail and voice messages with no response, even though I was assured initially that they would send a refund. I would avoid doing business with this company as the product was defective and they do not honor their guarantee. |

ABSOLUTELY SCAM. THEY ADVERTISE THE ORIGINAL PICTURES FOR CARTRIDGES AND THEY SELL COMPATIBLES. I PAID $244.36 FOR CATRIDGES THAT THEY ARE COMPATIBLE AND WORTH $139. I ALREADY FILED COMPLAINTS IN MANY OFFICES, PRICEGRABBER, HP, STATE ATTORNEY AND BBB, ETC. PRICEGRABBER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SELLERS LIKE THESE. Retailer Response (04/16/2009): Our desciptions on the website make it quite clear that our cartridges are compatible, not manufactured by HP.The pictures used do not say HP. Of course the picture is going to look like OEM.They are used for reference only and for the customer to see it is the cartridge for their printer. The customer was offered a refund minus 15% restocking fee and He refused. Our return policy is stated quite clearly. |
