HORRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! AWFUL!!! Do not order from this company. They say they have things in stock but weeks later they willl say it is backordered. Then I changed my order to a different color of shoes and they sent another completely different color! RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! THE WORST!! |

I placed an order on 12/10 and heard nothing for 10 days. Only when I emailed them did they respond impersonally with notice that the item had been backordered 3-5 days. Which makes no sense since it had been already 10 days since my order. Still waiting for the item- 12/23!! |

Stay away from this company. Their website says products are in stock, but a few days later you get an email saying "product has been backordered." Check the reviews here and elsewhere to see others who experienced the same thing. I placed one order and the website says "ships next day" but then got an email saying the product was backordered. Tried ordering a different size a couple days later -- once again the site said it'd ship the next day. But sure enough, a second email came with the same back order info. |

Playing the blame game with me. Order 10/02, today is 10/21 and I still have not received my golf practice mat. Sent two email's last week asking for shipment tracking. No response. Called last week and was told they would email the info to me. No Email. Called today so they could put me on hold to "call" the manufacturer because the item was a direct ship. After a couple of minutes, they came back on to tell me the shipping department at the manufacturer and I quote "dropped the ball." I asked if they would overnight it to me because it's been so long and he said he didn't think they would but he'll ask them to expedite it. No apologies, no concessions, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, just the blame game. And I still have to wait another week to get the product. Oh yeah, they definitely charged my Credit Card and have my money. In the toilet golf would be a more fitting name. |

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CALLED ME THE DAY AFTER I ORDERED TO SAY THAT MY COLOR CHOICE WASN'T AVAILABLE FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP OFFERED TO "LOOK INTO THIS" TO SEE IF HE COULD FIND MY COLOR CHOICE. FOUR DAYS LATER THE ITEM ARRIVED IN THE CORRECT COLOR. MY ONLY NIT TO PICK IS THAT I DIDN'T GET A TRACKING NUMBER, SO IT WAS JUST COINCIDENCE THAT I WAS AT HOME WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVED. |

Competitive pricing plus Free Shipping. However, this item was back-ordered and I was not informed. I had purchased this for a trip, and when I called to inquire, they expedited the shipping and I did recieve it on time. |

I wasn't sure if the item was in stock. I may have missed that, but it would be nice to know when you order (select) the product as opposed to learning of backorders a few days later. Hopefully, the item is in stock and will ship soon. |

The website was easy to use and allowed me to review the product before the purchase. I was emailed with my order number promptly and provided information for tracking the delivery of the package. In addition, the site provided emails for some like products to think about for helping me with my swing.
