folsomrose - (November 14, 2005) I purchased this machine to make "Wow Cow" frozen dessert at home. It is so easy to make. I prepare enough mix for a week and keep it in the refrigerator until needed. I just pour in the mix and turn on the machine. It takes one hour to make 1.5 quarts. The machine is a little noisy, but I just moved it.

jumpback - (December 19, 2006) This is a terrific appliance. However, ours would not work in its 15th month of ownership. Called a technician and he discovered a burned out circuit board. The board is about 2"x2" and probably costs 95cents. After being switched from person to person and finally getting thru to technical support I was told, "We only have available about 10 parts for this appliance". If you have a problem with any other part...you are out of luck. If the problem occured within 12 months they would just replace the item. After 12 months there is no help availble regarding any part except for the aforementioned 10. Oh, and you had better keep the receipt because they will offer no help whatsoever if

MrBrem - (February 24, 2007) Fill it full of water, start it 1 hour before you start drinking.And it will supply six people with frozen, or cubed drinks. Using the medium size cubes, it produces 12 cubes every 10 min, and requires water every four hours, and that is with continuous use! Works great with Rival ice shaver for frozen drinks!! We have had it for eight months and has been 100% reliable, with everday use!

PatiBarnett607 - (03/29/2012) Bought this to slice my homemade bacon as the local store began charging me. Paid over $100 for it expecting a decent slicer. First one, after 7 minutes the blade stopped turning. We made sure the area was free of meat and let it sit for the 30 minutes stated in the manual. Still no movement though the motor made noise. Exchanged it for another and began slicing the bacon again. Not sure whether the blade turns too slow or it's not sharp enough but it's not cutting completely on some passes. Have to move very slow for it to cut and a warm smell comes from the motor after about 2 minutes. I only have 10 pounds of bacon and as of now, have only made it through about half. Might be better suited for bread or other soft items. Manual and box say cuts meats and frozen foods, I don't think that's the case. My bacon was freshly smoked the first time, out of the refrigerator the second and still the results were less than desirable.

StraightAtU - (11/26/2011) We bought a factory refurbished jura Compresso ena4 almost 2 years ago and love it!! Makes the ultimate cup of coffee to each individual's personal preference. All programmable. It's easy. It's fun. It's delicious. There is absolutely no waste and every cup is fresh and environmentally friendly since there's no plastic pod to toss. The frother is not its best feature but it'll have to do until improvement is made. We love this machine that is worth every dollar it cost. IMPORTANT: jura is 100% in support of its customer and product. Helpful, friendly and co-operative. Work with you to satisfactorily resolve any issue or problem that may arise. (Something quirky happened to our first jura ena4 and the factory made it so painless I almost forgot it even happened.)

johnnyoldman - (08/31/2011) Very heavy duty and sturdy storage racks that can hold several thousand pounds per shelf. Purchased this rack thru SJF Material Handling and received it within a few days. I shopped around and after comparing pricing found the best pricing online from SJF. I am very happy with these racks and would buy them again.
