My order came with an note stating that everything had been tested prior to shipping just as I asked, but to please immediately check it on arrival as shipping damage could occur. The first supplier could not fulfill the order but promptly informed me and reimbursed me. I had to reorder with Infinity Micro who supplied the Printer within five working days as promised.
