Not a single complaint in all that time. Always timely with shipping. After receiving my merchandise, I would say that I received it in a timely manner, in good condition, and that it is equal to if not better than the brand name inkjet cartridge. This is mainly because I've always been satisfied with the speed in delivery. I always see a spot for coupons or discount codes but I've never received one and I wonder how I can get one for a further discount. Don't know how long it will take, they didn't say; I expect a week or so. What sold me on buying a replacement toner cartridge from them, was their price and 1 year warrantee.
