After I went to checkout, I could not change the quantity of items ordered....the updated quantity did not change. hp1480 from MA Member Since: 02/21/2009 View Member's: Reviews	Bought a Brother toner cartridge .It leaked all over the place .They let me return it ,had to pay $12 shipping back ,1/3 of the cost .They refuced to reimburse my shipping costs ,totally ignored my email.I bought a genuine Brother catridge instead ,cost more but with return shipping for defective cartridge was more expensive .These people don't know what customer service is .They sell me a defectice product and I have to pay shipping .THEY ARE JERKS .You get what you pay for ,in this case I paid more and got less .I should have known better. I had just received the new cartridges I ordered and inserted them into my printer and tried printing a page when my printer made this horrid noise, the paper jammed and the printer died. I had to buy another printer. The cartridges were no longer of use to me and never used even though they were inserted into my printer and I asked if under the unusual circumstance if I could exchange them, they hadn't been used but the tape removed when inserted into my printer, the black cartridge was unopened. Having just spent $43.06 on ink I could no longer use and would cost me 1/2 the price to return the unopened BL cartridge, to say I was upset is putting mildly. The only reason I placed this order is I have been having difficulty finding the new size cartridges I now need. If it weren't for that, I doubt I would have made this purchase. I had recommended this site to several people, now I wish I hadn't!	Overall Rating

I suspect I might not have had that problem with Internet Explorer. You should try to make the experience equally easy regardless of browser.	Overall Rating

I forgot to click on CONTINUE SHOPPING after placing a cartridge in the shopping cart and started looking for a refill kit. Upon clicking on a list of cartridge names, it showed me the instructions for using the refill, but I could not get to a shopping page. I finally went back to the shopping cart and then realized my problem. I wonder if other sites would do the same.	Overall Rating
