The stove purchased via Innovation Showroom arrived on time, but the item was damaged beyond use prior to being shipped. The company responded to my first email within a day, but did not respond to subsequent emails and calls requesting information on how to handle the return for a week plus, thereby delaying the completion of my kitchen rehab. Customer service at this company is shoddy at best, and despite the low prices, I would not order from, nor recommend them, in the future. |

I was a bit nervous to order from this company -especially from the shakey reviews but I decided to take a plunge because HaierAmerica.com links a purchase option directly to this vendor from their website. Hey if the mother ship approves- then it gives me a little more peace of mind. I'm very glad I did because the price I got my air conditioner for was a bargain moreover the shipping was reliable and very fast. I think this company deserves a chance! The website was a little buggy but I eventually checked out with Google Checkout. Thanks Innovation Showroom! |

I bought the Haier 7 " Digital photo frame which they are advertising in there website for selling for bulk order or cheap. I recieved the unit which never worked for me. I kept sending the emails to the return department but they are asking me to send It back on my expenses. Very bad customer service and nobody answers the phone also in the customer service. Beware of these guys not to buy anything from them . I just want to get this thing replaced now and I dont know whether I will be successful. |

I am extremely wary of this merchant as I have yet to receive my order or any tracking info. I placed the order back on 5/10 and sent many emails and phone calls trying to track down what's going on. They charged my card quickly on the 14th but I haven't received any calls back and only a couple of sparsely worded emails (to about every 2 that I send) assuring me that my AC unit has shipped. First, they told me it had shipped on the 19th and that tracking info would arrive the next day due to some warehouse delays. Today, after another few emails from me, they told me again that the order just shipped today. Until I actually receive my order and see that it works, I'm going to discourage anyone from ordering from this vendor. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and a waste of my time following up about this order. I'll report back whenever I actually get my AC unit. Hopefully before it starts getting really hot out here! I'm giving it another week before I demand a refund. |

This is the most unprofessional operation I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a refrigerator a week ago and it has apparently vahished into a black hole. They were quick to charge my credit card though. I call and email the customer service, who barely respond, and when they do, I am told that they are having computer trouble and I should wait a few more days to find out if what happened to my order. I will never order from them again. WORST customer service. |

Sold me a broken air conditioner! I call them to find out about returning it and they tell me I have to pay for the return shipping and the original shipping costs are nonrefundable. So if I want to return it will cost me $50 and I get nothing but headaches in return. What a scam. |
