I contacted IOmega directly and spoke to the rep. He was extremely polite and agreed to cancell the first order. He then suggested a smaller drive which is very easy to carry around and had adequate memory. He also offered to send it overnight for free. The order arrived next day in excellent condition. I very happy to do business with this merchant and would recommend highly to my friends and associates.	Overall Rating
