When it arrived, the product was not as advertised - it was an HP2207, rather than the 2207h, which has an HDMI connection, and it was also defective (there was some sort of seam in the screen). After some back and forth with the seller via e-mail, I was able to get a full refund minus the original charge to ship it to me. The seller was prompt in responding to my questions and was willing to work with me with respect to their fairly harsh restocking policy, but all in all, the transaction as a whole was far slower than expected, nearly a month from the time I placed my order until the time I finally received my refund. I probably would not do business with itwinkle again. itwinkle's Response: First of all we apologise for the inconvenience caused to you because of the delay, we did try to make the process as fast as possible from our side but we cannot control the paypal processing time. Also we double checked our item description and found that we have mentioned even in the very first line of our specification that it is HP2207 only. But since you missed it we'll try to work on this and make it more evident, so that the customers don't miss it.	Overall Rating
