If you purchase ANYTHING from them... you may well have been sold a unit that was used and repackaged as new. In the event you ‘discover’ a defect with ANY unit you purchased…, (it is VERY likely you will have some defect, even though you don’t immediately discover it)..., you may well end up eating it and taking your losses on the cheek. Their ‘return-policy’ default is to refer you to the manufacturer for a replacement of any damaged equipment… though the manufacturer has the right not to accept any unit not purchased through them or one of their agents. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CHARLETANS AGAIN!!! I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. They will take your money, but they fail to deliver. Shop at your own risk – good luck. At first, they attributed it to "high risk of fraud", but eventually they admitted the credit card fees were cutting into their margins. They asked me to do a bank wire transfer, which would have cost me $50. Yeah right. Again, avoid them - they lure you with low price, and then just jerk you around.	Overall Rating

I recently put in an order for a Mac G5, and was told there were plenty in stock. Two days later, they call to confirm Credit card info, conferencing with my bank to make sure everything is in order. Three days after that I called to see what is holding things up, only to be told that they're out of stock, and will not honor the price once they get more in. The only other communication I get from them is a terse e-mail telling me my order has been cancelled. Apparently this is their modus operandi, judging from a lot of other similar complaints I've come across on the web. How they stay in business treating potential customers like this is beyond me. Please help yourself and DO NOT ORDER anything from this guys! Let me repeat that again. DO NOT ORDER anything from iUnitek. During a recent search to purchase a MAC; I found iUnitek to offer the best price in the market compared to most vendors on the net + on the item I have selected it was clearly stated as (product available) and they offered free shipping. After doing my homework on pricing, I have started checking out the reviews of iUnitek from people who have done business business/made purchases. Based on my preliminary review they sucked. Most people hate this company, but I decided to risk for their pricing. After making the purchase... my life became pathetic! Since this post doesn't let me go beyond 1,000 characters and therefor I can't explain everything that I had to go through, but please save yourself the hassle and buy your electronic goodies elsewhere.
