Before the problem was corrected J&R first sent the wrong speaker as a replavement, then a second speaker that had been open and had damage and finally the correct one. It took over one month to resolve the issue. In general support was very good, except for their lack of follow-up.	Overall Rating

When one of the a/c's broke down and RepairMaster refused to honor the warranty for inhome repair, J&R said that they did not support the warranty in any way, only sold it. They are complicit in a fraud, selling a product from a company that does not fulfill its contract. Retailer Response (08/21/2009): We have been working with Repairmaster ever since the situation was presented to us and they were able to find a service center to troubleshoot the AC unit. I usally pay $10 for 2 day delivery for all my past orders, but this time the rep did honor it. I try to tell him to look up my account to prove my loyalty to this company, but he did not care. Retailer Response (08/12/2009): It is true that on some of the orders we were able to offer shipping at the $10.00 rate. It is also true that the customer did also pay higher for the 2 day shipping on other orders. We will always try to make the best offer we can as we did in this case. In all honesty, they are much easier to deal with and provide much better service than Amazon.com. The product arrived with two days of ordering and arrived in excellent condition. We are fighting with Amazon.com to have our credit card credited for three additional charges (for more money than the original purchase). The amount from J&R was correct. The three extra charges from Amazon.com themselves are fraudulent. I will be attempt to purchase from J&R in the future.	Overall Rating
