When I called to find out why, I was told "accounting is backed up" and since I had called they'd put my order through that day (2 BUSINESS days after I was told it would ship). By the end of the day, it still had not shipped, so I called again, and was told there was an inventory issue between the warehouse and store, so even though it was in stock, it may not ship for another day or two. I just wish they would have told me it would not ship within 1-2 business days and ship 3 day shipping, when in actuality, if I'd not called, it would have taken easily 2.5-3 weeks to get the product I ordered.
