In all honesty, they are much easier to deal with and provide much better service than Amazon.com. The product arrived with two days of ordering and arrived in excellent condition. We are fighting with Amazon.com to have our credit card credited for three additional charges (for more money than the original purchase). The amount from J&R was correct. The three extra charges from Amazon.com themselves are fraudulent. I will be attempt to purchase from J&R in the future.	Overall Rating
