I went through Jaf Gifts since the order said it would arrive by 11/4. I received an email on 10/30 (four days after I ordered it), stating that they were "out of stock". They would have saved me the grief of not having a gift to give if they would have notified me much sooner. I would NOT recommend them for timely purchases.	Overall Rating

I saw on the internet that you had it and would ship the item, but it would have been shipped too late for me to recieve it for my conference. I called your customer service department, and told the young lady I spoke with my problem. She told me if I placed the order for my item that day, I would recieve it in time for my departure to my prayer conference. I was very pleased when I indeed recieved my item the day before I left. I was told that my order would arrive within 10 days but after 2 weeks without a word, I sent an email asking what had happened to my order. I received an email the next day saying that it had been shipped back to the warehouse when no one was there to sign for the package at my house. First of all, I wish I had gotten some sort of notification that there had been an attempt to deliver the package. Second, I work and I'm going to assume that business hours are the time when most packages will get delivered. How many people are going to be around in the middle of the day to sign for a package? Third, it was picture frames! Why did I have to sign for this when clearly it would have been just fine sitting on the door step for a little bit. I trust my neighbors and would have been completely fine with the box remaining outside until I got home.	Overall Rating

Was under the impression that each one was assembled. We were asked to repackage the merchandise and ship it back with a return authorization label.
