I am so glad that for J.C.P. because I'm not really able physically to go shopping in the store due to my disability. I always shop at J.C.P. and I am always satisfied with my experience. The things I buy are almost always in stock and a lot of times on sale too. This makes things especially nice when your on a very limited monthly budget. I can always count on getting my monies worth. i wish there were more stores/websites like this. Thank you for the great job you do. |

this is not worth it....I placed my order on Aug 24. According to the website if you ordered over $99 shipping was free. I spent over $100. My order confirmation stated $00. for shipping. Problem: the order was separated to 4 different shipments due to no fault of mine. I have now been charged for shipping. This is false advertisement. It is frustrating to have to call and get transferred to several different departments to try to get this matter resolved. I am very frustrated at having to go thru this to get credit for something I should not have been charged. I will not reccomend this service to anyone. |

Item was shipped from manufacturer-took almost 3 weeks. Item was quality jewelry and when received,the chain was knotted in several places. Also,the packaging was not as described-did not have the inscription in the box as listed. The item was for a birthday gift,and I was unable to return it-but I was unhappy with this purchase for the above reasons. |

Place my order and all looked ok. I had one item on back order and advised to be shipped by August 8, never heard from JCPenny nor did I receive the item. Made several enquiries on the same and kept being given different promises and dates. Todate I have not yet received that item. Needed it for an important occassion which was for August 30, had to go and look for an alternative outfit at different store. I have been very disappointment with the online experience from JCPenny that I would never try to do it again. I have never had any feedback on my order despite me giving out my details and contact phone numbers to the representatives I spoke to while making following up. It has been a terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to buy if they have time limit. i know one month notice was good enough but it did not work with JCPenny. |

In early June I did a lot of online shopping. The experience was always easy and almost everything arrived quickly. The quality of JCPenney items was so good. hen It came to go school shopping for my Grandson, JCPenney was the only store we went to. We found everything needed. All of it was very cool and the style a boy his age. He didn't want to go shopping (what a surprise)so I had to guess at what was in style. But At JCPenney it was easy and quick. He loved everything I brought home. He loved them enough to loo forward to starting school so he can wear his very cool new cloths. I'm partially disabled so I usually shop on line only. But, because we need the cloths quick and we didn't have time to return them if it didn't fit, I had to shop in person. Online and in store returns are equally as easy. It would be nice if you could actually track your package like you can on nearly every other site. It just states whether it has shipped or not but there isn't a link to actually track where your package is in transition. |

I placeed an order for items on backorder that were scheduled to ship on or before August 22 and I agreed to this backorder delivery. August 21 & August 22 JC Penney was to look into this order & let me know where this order stands. The evening of August 22 I received a home phone call advising this order would ship Monday August 25. On Monday, I received an e-mail this order had been cancelled by JC Penney. I feel this is VERY poor customer service. I understand the items ordered where not available, however WHY did someone from JC Penney call my house to advise this would ship? I would compromise by employment if I ever followed this practice! |

I finally got the blinds hung by a friend, and I love them, BUT...they seem to be crooked. Im not sure if they are cut crooked or if its my windows. I guess Id like to know if any body else had or has this trouble with the blinds? My one package was opened when I got it and one cooat was missing, but was credited by J.C.Pennys and recharged when shipped again. I have not yet recieved my credit card statement to know for sure. I would just be curious to know if they have had this problem with blinds being crooked? Other than that, I love my purchases. Still waiting for pajamas bottoms to come yet. I have not recieved them as of this date the 9th. |
