Many stores (Circuit City and Wal-Mart, e.g.) do not charge for shipping if it is for in-store pickup. Their trucks have to go from the warehouse to the store anyway.	Overall Rating

I'm a "think about it" person, and this has made my shopping experience much nicer as I compiled my items over a 4 day period. The only reason I didn't check a 5 for "placing an order was easy" is that this was no easier than the typical order... but there was nothing hard, frustrating, or confusing at all.	Overall Rating

It went to default error page often when trying to maneuver between pages, and I couldn't get back to the page I was viewing previously. It locked when going into "secure" pages (and my spam guard is on allowable setting). Because of this, my final order page even timed out because it wouldn't continue, although it did go through. I had to call the 1-800 number to confirm my order. My options for returning items was not stated anywhere I could see. I won't consider this option again.	Overall Rating

It is not fair that I could not use my survey PROMO CODE as well. I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping but would have liked to use the 15% as well.	Overall Rating

So, I declined and the next page I was told that there was nothing in my shopping bag. I had to go to my email to find out that yes, I did order and had a confirmation. Would be real nice that from the 'decline' page, that I could be directed to a page that was thanking me for my order.	Overall Rating
