I sent 3 e-mails trying to explain that I could not open the info re:free shipping -- nothing reflexed to the info page. Each e-mail explained how to click on the "more information" which I told them didn't work. #2 when I had to call (finally) about this free shipping not being applied to my order, I was told that it didn't apply because I ordered from the outlet...something I would have known if I had been able to read the "free shipping info". I had spoken with someone before placing the order who gave me the code but the shipping was still applied so I cancelled the order and just re-ordered a few shirts.	Overall Rating

I kept clicking on the "Security" box to view both "Secure", and "Nonsecure" items, but I kept getting "page not available" with both answers. Nowhere did I see a place to enter the code word: LABORDAY to insure the free shipping. The order was entered charging me $11.75 for shipping 2 pairs of men's pants. I called customer service immediately after realizing the order had gone through without crediting me for the free shipping promotion. Upon calling your C/S, I was told there had been a problem so just try later to enter the code and then call C/S again.
