I would have enjoyed the shopping experience more if when selecting an item, there was an immediate response unavailable rather than attempting to place in bag and waiting for a negative response. |

I have not be able to get an update on this order. I ordered in on 1/31/08 and it was supposed to be delivered in 4-7 business days and I have yet to hear from anyone about the status. If I had realized I would not have been able to track it's progress, I would not have had it sent to the store, I would have had it devlivered to my own store in the mall. Someone needs to tell Penneys they need a way for customers to be able to check on orders being shipped to the store just like others. |

I placed an order on 8/16 and on 8/17, I received an email for free shipping. When I called about the order to have the free shipping applied, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. The order had not shipped. I was a little disappointed in that end result considering I spent over $500. |

reevaluate how you do business with APO's. You refused to do business with me, refused to answer emails. I will never do business with JCP again. Not even in stores. You should be ashamed of yourself. You will loose more business for treating your APO's like dirt. |

1. Additionally, I wanted to order sets of UNITS jacket-tank-pant-skirt. It was difficult to determine this because the item appeared on my shopping list in a different color than the item I ordered. Please ensure that either the correct color or none appears on in my shopping bag. 2. It would be easier to order exactly what I wish if I could manipulate the shopping bag to list items in the order I desire. For example, listings UNITS blue jacket-tank-skirt-pants in a row would ensure me that I had ordered a complete set. It was difficult to ensure this, particularly with inaccurate colored items appearing on my list. 3. Some of the UNITS colors are called purple dusk, purple eclipse, or desert sunset. Why have many colors of purple? This confuses the customer & forces them to ensure that they ordered matching purple items. Call colors bed, blue, or purple. Thanks for asking! |

The negative aspect of my shopping experience was the amount of "shipping and handling" for one swimsuit--nearly $12!! It weighs less than a pound! And this is for "standard shipping." Also, I was charged sales tax on the price of the suit AND the shipping & handling charges! I'm not sure that's even legal. I'll think twice before I order from the Penney's Web site again. |

I wanted to order two of the items I needed. I tried to check out and wanted to see the S&H if I had it sent to my house verses the store and it would not allow me to do that. My item became "unavailable" so I was only about to order one item. Since I had already "tied up" two items, I should have been able to check on various shipping methods without someone else coming in and stealing my merchandise. I ended up just purchasing one and hope that will be encough. |

This is the 2nd time I have placed an order with JCPenney that promised a discount after entering a "promo code". This is also the 2nd time the discount wasn't reflected on my charges. If this happens again, I will shred my JCP card and block their email! JCP employee Grace at Rome store was the best experience of all! |

I wish if something was advertised in your catalog you would carry enough of that item to take care of your customer. I ordered a pair of Motion shoes in shell color and out of 7 colors shown only 3 were available - black, navy and white. I really wanted the shell color, but it was not available. |

I have never had so much trouble ordering from JCP.com as I did this time. Every time I tried to place my order, it told me it could not approve my credit card even though I had stored it in my account. I had to wait until the next day to place my order and had decided to get more items, but they were no longer in stock. I am very displeased with this particular buying experience. |

Everything I ordered was available for immediate shipment. I find that when shopping in store during these type specials often times I am unable to find the sizes needed because they are no longer available. I received my order within the standard shipping time. I am very pleased with everything I ordered. Thanks JCP for convenient online shopping. |

The website doesn't allow multiple Promo codes. If I went to the store to purchase the items, there would be zero shipping AND I could have used my 15% off coupon. But I could not on the website. If the website says free shipping, it should be automatically applied. Also, the website showed a size of pants available, but when I put it in my cart, it was not available. I ordered 3 pair of the same pants (different colors) but one was 2 inches shorter than the others. |
