I had requested that it be shipped to my grandson in Washington. The original response was that it was to be shipped to me. After an e-mail and phone call, the address was corrected, but still to me and not my grandson. Apparently the "ship to" information was not read. |

The web site listed parts as in stock that were back ordered, not a big problem but a surprise. The balance of the order was fine, I like doing business with JDR and will do so again. |

Very good dealing with JDR. They have a good service. I've dealt with them once before and the product they sent me was perfect. Nothing has went bad with the previous order I had with them. |

I ordered my product in the evening and it was on my front step the next day at 130pm that was the fastest shipping ever and I ordered the product via the slowest method. I dont know how it could be much faster. Thanks I will order again Jeff Chow |

Came earlier than expected- good. But screws in the PC case were scattered in the shipping box- more care neeeded in packaging. |

Part of my order was on back order but there was no indication on line. I called customer service to find a ship date and found out then. I asked 'Michael' to have a supervisor call me so I could explain how to improve your service. Of course, no one called. I used to but quite a few things from JDR. I am reminded why I got out of the habit. |

QTY. ENTRY ERROR WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND CORRECTED. ADDRESS CHANGE WAS CALLED IN BUT WAS NOT CHANGED AND SHIPPMENT WAS MIS DIRECTED. WHEN CALLED TO CORRECT ITEM ORDER QTY THE ADDRESS REMAINED STILL UNCHANGED. |

It would have been nice if the product came with two (2) ATA-66 cables instead of just one. My computer is not fully operational because I need to order a second IDE cable that is compatible with this new processor board. |
