Low price on newly introduced product. Site clearly showed total price and all components (item-$, shipping-$, tax-$). Had questions and sent in 2 emails before placing order: 1-tech support 2-sales. Tech support responded back w/in 45 minutes. Never heard back from sales. Changed my mind about the order after it was shipped. They accepted it back without any hassles. |

After I clicked on "Continue" I was offered other items to buy. I wanted to order one of the items but could no longer add it to my initial order. It would have cost too much in shipping and handling to order it separately. |

How well my order is implemented remains to be seen, A good report hinges on it! If all goes well I will be a returning customer! Although You had the best price on the item I ordered, but to me customer satisfaction is the most important reason too come back! I recieved my order, and was pleased with the service from JDR Micro Devices and will order from them again the experience I had with them was very pleasant,I highly recommend this merchant!!!!! |

I was impressed with everything except their timeliness. I paid for express 2-day shipping, expecting that I would have my PDA in 2 days time. It took that long just to process the order - it's now looking like I'll be lucky to get it within a week. I would definitely buy from them again, but I wouldn't recommend them if you need something tomorrow. |

I have done business with JDR for many years, both by telephone and more recently by internet. I have always been completely satisfied. My only complaint is that their products frequently arrive with inadequate instructions. About the web site, today I noticed that there is no button to continue browsing catalog after adding an item to shopping cart. |

Online ordering is easy with JDR, although I would like to see a "Add More Items To List" button even while in the Checkout phase (I always forget some items, and I don't want to lose my Shopping Cart list). Also, I'd like to see more information, for example how many labels come in the Avery-2186 Laser Label product, etc? |

I have been very happy with JDR Microdevices. I purchased a video card, and wasn't happy with the performance. I was credited the full value for the card (less shipping, as expected). This was one of the factors that caused me to buy the new video card from them. I have been so far very happy with them. I will shop here again. |
