So far this is my second diamond purchase from Novel, as the first time was a pleasant experience. My fiance was blown away the first time and was hoping for the same or better. However, after inspecting the set I just received, I noticed one of the diamonds in the set had an actual crack or chip on the top! I called to report this as a defective piece due to craftsmanship and I was given an RMA number to return it and have them inspect it. Although I did not receive any apologies, I am still hopeful they will exchange the set for a nice one (like my first order) and will expedite the return so I can still have before Christmas, as intended... Will keep you posted! |

did not receive my order. sent a email. no answer. finally called. order is pending. my shipping address was different from my billing address so they did not process my order. Why didn't they call me or email me about this? They had my email and phone number. I order online all the time and don't have this problem with other businesses. Now I will not have my gift for this weekend, so I guess I will have to look elsewhere. |

this company knows what they are doing. after i cleared up my payment issues jewelry by novel sent me my product immediately and i have to say my wife was impressed. her friend had a diamond earring that she paid $6500 from a local jeweler and it looked no where as big or clear as the diamond i received for $2399 from jewelry by novel. so i didn't say anything to my wife how much i paid. In return she made her father give me his entire toolset!!! thank you for the good deal, thank you jay for the education and service, thank you for the amazing quality, and i will be thanking my perfect wife for my amazing toolset... |

Would love to buy from them again. Package arrived in good condition and the value of the items received is more than the appraised value in the certificate. Staff are all helpful and very efficient in solving problems. I don't know if somebody would ever rate this company a "1", if there is then they don't know what they're doing. |

I really liked this site because they were really friendly through e-mails and the instant messaging service on the front page. Plus they had free shipping and the coupon I used (first_10) was enough (about 100) to cover the taxes that CA so kindly imposes upon us (98 bucks..) |
