I received a few defective game cartridges, quite very late (granted I'm in another country), and chose to complain about just one. They gave me a stock reply when I complained and I found their service to be not very good. Their return policies are very below average. There is, for example, a 15% restocking fee, and they do not reimburse for shipping at all. |

Overall terrible experience. I decided to order from them based on other reviews and their prices, but my goods never arrived. Their customer service representatives took days to return messages and were rude and condescending. JJ Games refused to refund the purchase or send out the product again, so I had to voice a complaint through my credit card company. I frequently shop online and this is the worst experience I have ever had. |

I have and will continue to recommend JJGames to people who, like me, want to give their kids video games for old systems, but don't have a lot of money. JJGames is the best. |
