The sticker price for this watch at amazon is $650 plus shipped from Jomas shop, however the same watch was listed at $450 on Jomashop.com. So i decided to buy it directly from Jomashop. After i received the watch i am certain that they have sent me a used/returned watch. The box had scratches all over the place. The watch had scratches on the strap. There is no damage to the cystal and the watch seems to work properly. I would not recommend to buy directly from this store. I will contact them t'row and see whether i can return this watch. I made the mistake of buying a $2500 Omega Seamaster automatic watch from them and am having an impossible time getting a return completed. The watch they sent arrived late and died after a week. I spent $200 shipping it back insured and intact and after 2-3 weeks, they refused to accept it, citing signs of wear and sent photos suggesting that the bracelet was modified and missing pieces. I feel like I'm dealing with some NY con artists. This is the ONLY bad internet experience I've had, and I would AVOID this merchant (and their alter ego watchsavings.com) at all costs. I am warning the public and the BBB. STAY AWAY from these people- they're bad news!	Overall Rating

I didn't realize this until I received a confirmation email stating that it would take 1-2 additional weeks before I would receive my item (and after I paid for 2 day delivery). Never received a shipped notice nor a tracking number. Also the order was never updated on their website. The only way I found out that my package had shipped was when they billed my credit card. All this being said, their prices are pretty reasonable and I did get my order in good condition. I would buy from these guys again but would never again pay for upgraded shipping.	Overall Rating

The manufacturer's warranty card was replaced with that of Jomashop but I expected that to be the case.
