Placed my order 9/22/09. Latest possible date per website (and company) was 10/19/09. Nothing arrived. Following numerous calls/emails I was given other dates, which were always changed just beforehand. Asked for a supervisor to contact me, but they didn't. Today (11/17/09) received an email saying the item had been returned damaged to the warehouse and the order cancelled and refunded. Damage unfortunately happens, but this Company handled my order very poorly, and I was given incorrect information. I would not recommend them at all. |

I placed a large order for black and white peel-and-stick tiles on July 28th via the phone. This was for an apartment remodel and time was of the essence. I was told these items were in stock and it would take 1-4 days to process the order, and 7-10 days to ship. After two weeks and no product, I called the company and was told my order was in transit via freight shipping. The company was unwilling to give me a tracking number or even the name of the freight company. After three+ weeks and still no package, I called again and threatened to cancel my order. The next day I received the UPS tracking numbers and received the order seven days later. The product is good, but the delay cost me two-weeks potential rent. I would only order from this company if you are not in a rush to receive your order. |

Just to confirm: I called in to make sure that the order is in stock and informed that it was. I was also told that it would take no more than 4 days to process and shipped. And that shipping would take no more than 14 days. |

Nothing exceptional happened during any shipping. I recieved my order confirmation and recieved my package a week after that. I was suprised to see that I didn't recieve my tracking number but I got an email before hand telling me that my shipment was arriving by a freight currier and that I would be recieving a call for an appointment before the delivery. I wasn't used to that kinda deliver but true enough I recieved a call from sun deliveries asking me the best time to delivery the packiage. I had ordered a dining room set which I hoped that would arrive in good condition. The table and buffet was brought inside and setup for me and was in perfect condition. The chairs were even more of of a sinch. I made sure to call them back thanking the manager for the deliver. I would recomend this company to anyone. I can't wait to pick out my living room set! |

I never received the shipment. I got a refund. Called several times to hear that it should be coming soon to find out that the shipment was damaged and returned and that they were out of stock...2 months after I ordered it. They were prompt in refunding my money when the issue was finally resolved |

First, I hope the product is available. Second, this is the most I have seen charged for the product. Third, I just tried to order the product and was not able to. I got a message saying "Error" that the "other side" did not answer. Apparently, the phones are out. I hope that that is only temporary. I hope that the sight is safe. |

Charged credit card as soon as order received but did not specify delivery date. Item received about 1 month after ordering and the website still stated in process instead of shipped and provide tracking numbers. After waiting for 2 month, item received damaged. Claim to customer service, took pictures for proofs but have not get any replied until today. Very dissapointing transaction. |

They had the best price I could find anywhere. Ordering was simple. However, shipment processing was a problem. Their customer service rep indicated the first step of shipment processing should take 4 days after order processing was complete. It was over 3 weeks and it was still in this first shipment phase. I contacted customer service several times, and was told at first that the order had already shipped, then told on a later date that it had not shipped, but should be shortly. Given the lack of confirmable shipping information, the only action I could see they had ever taken on my order was to charge my credit card. I gave up and finally cancelled the order. They did issue a credit on my card within 48 hours. |

Read the fine print with this vendor. After purchasing and paying for an item advertised as FREE SHIPPING...we were charged $240 without even being asked!. When we asked them to honor the original agreement or cancel the order, they did not reply. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and are still trying to get refunded a 15% restocking fee on an item that never shipped! |

We attempted to purchase an armoire online. Seeing the item that we wanted and that it would ship in 2 to 4 days, we placed the order. Three weeks later we contacted justmyshopping because the item had not arrived. We also learned that the item pictured was not what we ordered--we had ordered just the base. We asked to cancel the order and were told that it had just shipped. We asked if we could order the top part of the armoire. We were promised a call back the next day. After five days with no contact, we called again. Then we were told they could not order the top of the unit. We then indicated that we wanted to cancel the order--the base unit still had not arrived. We were told we would receive an email. Two days later we called again because we had received no email. More broken promises. Frankly, I do not believe the item was ever shipped, but they are still charging us a restocking fee. Our credit card has not been refunded after nearly three weeks. I do not trust this outfit. |

Unable to access customer reviews on product. Cancelled my order within 8 hours of placing it. Over 8 days later they have still not credited my credit card. Took almost 4 days to cancel the order even though they were notified in writing three times and called. Customer service very rude. Glad I did cancelled the order. |

The only follow through this company had was in taking my money after the order was placed. Delivery dates were promised and never followed through, therefore, I had to cancel my order. My order was cancelled September 19, 2008. I have yet to see my refund. (Today is October 28, 2008) |

Shopping was easy and the prices are great. Exactly one month after my credit card was charged for the bed that I ordered, I received a refund through Paypal with no explanation as to why. I contacted justmyshopping several times inquiring about the status of the order with unsatisfactory results and my request for a tracking number ignored. I was told on two seperate occasions that my order was on the way when it had been "lost" the first time and I don't know what happened the second time. They didn't even send an email alerting me to the fact that I had been refunded. I checked my Paypal account and found out that way. I think it is terribly wrong that they charged my card before the bed was shipped and that the whole business took so long, only to be refunded without a word of apology! |
