The website was good and the checkout process okay. However trying to receive the item is a pure headache. When I confirmed purchase, a popup notified me that the package will get delivered in 2 weeks. An unusal long time to deliver a package. I went with it and on the third week I called into my credit card and place a disputed claims. Two days later it showed up on the side of the curb in front of my apartment. Thanks to my roomate who noticed it, I finally got the package. Now the company is hounding me for payment after I reversed my disputed claims with my credit card. I even gave the company my bank statement so they can verify. Overall WORST experience ever. |
