What Can I Say? Best Service EVER. I used many scuba websites before but none of them provided such dedicated customer service before. K2 Guys will go out of their way to save your dive trip and will go extra mile to please you. Placed an order for a close-out mask that turns out was out of stock. They exceeded my expectations, by delivering an equal or better mask, and even threw in a snorkel. Great communication as a merchant as well. Very excellent to deal with. |

This was an easy, friendly international transaction. Tevis was excellent, we together found a couple of bugs in the international checkout system which are now being addressed to make it easier in the future. Glad to play guinea pig for you! I can tell you that my purhcase from K2 was a great deal-they even through in a couple small gifts with my order. They had great communication and post sale support. The dive-rite computer worked perfectly and I was very pleased with the transaction.

My gosh, what a GREAT Company! I called with a question on freediving fins and got the owner of the company (Tevis! He spent one and a half hours sharing with me every thing I wanted to know about SCUBA gear, freediving gear, instruction, and cool trips local & around the world. I got from K2 what I wanted from my dive shop. I can say that this is the best of the internet in the website K2 scuba and the customer service is the greatest, and the best and most fun in the whole industry. They are setting the standard for what "customer service" and "treating you like a friend" means. Thanks again Tevis, I will be back, you have my crazy cool support bigtime! |

I found K2 Scuba to be a very professional, reliable, and credible source for all of my scuba diving needs. I have purchased an Oceanic Datamask in addition to several other diving accessories.
