"Placed an order for 2 snorkel vests in December. Followed up after a couple of weeks of no news or delivery of vests. After 3 business days of no returned calls I finally get them on the phone. I was told by the "shipping manager" that the products i purchased online came from a "sleepy link" and the price would not be honored. He told me that it wasn't "bait and switch" , but he could offer them to me at his price. I told him to cancel my order and hung up. I was called back a few minutes later from a blocked number. It was shipping guy on the phone standing in Tevis's office. Said he was sorry for the mistake and the vests would ship out via USPS priority mail that day. Still standing by my mailbox waiting for my vests that I was going to take with me to Mexico last week. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" |

Though there was some delay with the product we initially ordered, Tevis and Laura did everything in their capacity to make sure we were equipped with an even cooler camera for our dive trip to Palau. We put our faith in them to come through for us and they absolutely did! Truly above and beyond service. |

Placed order with K2 and received e-mail stating that my order was received. Did not receive another e-mail for 10 days. I had to send them an e-mail to question timeframe. Received e-mail from company owner apologizing, etc. Said that he was upgrading shipping to "express". Shipping still took almost a week. Upon receipt of package, only ONE of the items I purchased matched what I received. Fortunately it was the large item I purchased, but I was VERY disappointed that everything else had been substituted. I would not be upset if all items were "upgrades", but unfortunately only one was. The other two items were cheap substitutes. On top of all of this, there is still one item on back-order. Will not be ordering anything from K2 nor will I recommend them. Retailer Response (10/03/2010): Our customers are our first priority. When given the chance, we will make this right. Please give us a call and tell us how. And in spite of this one review, we appreciate it. It shows you, the reader, that these are REAL reviews, and not the inflated musings like some other online guys. We love our customers, and our customers love us. We work very hard for this. K2 has a great site with very competitive prices that crushes retail dive shops and has some of the best deals on the web as well. Combine that with their A+++ customer service and you have a winner. Would recommend to friends and shop K2 again in a heart beat! -Marc J. |
