Mouse showed heavy wear on bottom, doodads hanging out of place in battery compartment, and stickers peeling off. Unexpectedly releases when dragging and tracks poorly at times. Missing free spin wheel and battery status indicator features. Found same product for $5 less that's new after rebate. S&H expensive for quality/speed of shipping - 12 days from time of ordering with basic box, tape, and thin layer of bubble-wrap. karmaashop's Response: Buyer didnot contact us at all to resolve this issue. I would like to receive missing items soon. I ordered a product that was said to be in-stock,, yet a couple days after I ordered I got an e-mail saying that there was a week delay. I waited for a week and a half and emailed the seller several times and didn't get a response for several days. After I got a response, I was told the item was still not in. I still haven't recieved my item and I asked for a refund. I will not buy from the seller again. karmaashop's Response: We mentioned it very clearly to this buyer that we don't have this item in stock. But buyer wanted to wait. We have kept them in loop at every single step of the process. We have already processed the refund as soon as we got a go from the buyer. Don't understand why would you give poor rating. I would have assumed that the item I ordered was in stock. Never-the-less, I anticipate arrival of the product soon. This merchant responded quickly with the status when they realized I had concerns. PS The product arrived one day before the USPS email reported it was delivered. Up until then USPS said they hadn\'t received the product. So my complaint is really with the tracking. My order arrived at my PO, and was then forwarded to me on vaction - six days from ship to receipt. Not bad. I would order again from this store. karmaashop's Response: Very cooperative buyer. I received no response. 6 days later(including a weekend) I recieved an email indication my package had just been sent. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The seller first said I made no such comments, then realized I had, and started to claim that it was sent in 3 "business days" (not true: sent on the 4th business day), then said I should be happy because shipping was free. Bottom line: I wanted the item for my child for a 9 hour car trip and needed to be sure it would arrive on time. I would have paid extra shipping if he responded that there would be a problem. Oh, and the first DVD I put in the unit, it said "disc could not be read." Obviously I'm not happy... This is the type of experience that makes buyers leary about internet transactions. karmaashop's Response:* COMPLETELY HIS PERSPECTIVE. Didnot cooperate a bit. VERY DIFFICULT. PRICEGRABBER DOESNOT NEED ANOTHER BUYER LIKE THIS.WE DID SENT THE ITEM ON TIME. FIRST COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DELIVERY THEN THREATENED TO REPORT AND FINALLY STARTED FINDING FAULT IN THE PRODUCT. Seems like he changed his mind after purchasing the product and didnot find any other way BUT to threaten the merchant. We have sold an entire container worth of the same DVD Player with no problems. The new DVD player they sent me is in top condition and works very nicely. I have had it for about 3 weeks and no problems at all.
