My experience was great simply because you offered me savings of more than 10%. You also povided me with free shipping, this was an extra incentive for me to ordr through you vs Amazon which charged for shipping. |

had trouble changing quantity of product, confusing product style for air filters, parts number change, not original style filter, must use multiples for 1 original filter, Site is poorly set up compared to most others, discount information questionable poorly listed |

had trouble finding the filters and prefilters that I wanted. My air purifer did not have a model # so I had to go by the pictures. (Not good idea!) Just difficult to place an order. Hopefully I ordered the right ones. |

I had trouble on the check out page. At first I couldn't click on the save and review button, the alignment was off and you have to move the arrow around very carefully before you click on it. |

It would be helpful to be able to compare similar items in a table or chart so the features and benefits of each model are clear and choosing the appropriate model becomes quick and easy. Include the annual cost of operation. I did not see a replaceable parts list (e.g. seal for water tank). |
