I ordered my metal detector and after several days received an e-mail stating that my detector was backordered. I called to find out how long it would take for them to be in stock and the sales rep gave me false information, saying that the manufacturer was out of parts to make them and they had no idea when they would get more. He then tried to upsell me and I asked him to cancel my order. My payment was not refunded. Over the next week I got the run around from them with MANY unreturned phone calls. After my threat to open a claim through paypay the company did finally call me back and had managed to fix the problem in 5 minutes flat. They then proceeded to try and blame the wait on Paypal, which was nonsense (I had spoken to Paypal previously.) I am disgusted with the shady business practices and terrible customer service of Kellyco. |
