Darkonus - (September 14, 2004) I first purchased the wireless MX DUO Elite (MX700 mouse/keyboard combo) for my home theatre PC setup. The set was awesome, but I quickly found out that the range on that RF setup was not far enough for my application. I needed to get quick responses at a range from 10ft - 12ft. As good as the DUO Elite was, the MX700 mouse would only work flawlessly at about 8ft and under, any farther and there was lag or spotty disconnect, though I should have realized that anyway, as the specs only point out 6ft I believe (duh). So I decided to try this bluetooth combo because it was supposed to have great range, and I have to say, it has exceeded all my expectations so far! For gaming the mouse/keyboa

jayhall0315 - (November 20, 2005) (Jan 6th, 2008) I previously owned the excellent Logitech MX 3100 wireless desktop and replaced it with the G15 keyboard 21 months ago and I am still a happy customer. I usually prefer wireless keyboards because my knees used to drag on the cord but the G15 is something special. One of the nicest aspects of this board is the great key "feel" (the amount of mass in grams needed to activate the keys) for a membrane keyboard. All keys activate under the same force level (0.49 Newtons (corresponding to 50 grams)(unlike the DAS keyboard which has weighted keys but no lettering) but it feels more precise than the MX 700 Duo or MX 3100 keyboards (both from Logitech). The best feature for me is the

paazel - (October 10, 2005) have been waiting for a wired black ms natural keyboard for a while. i like the keyboard. the padded wrist rest is very nice. zoom slider seems useless. a "power on" button would have been welcome. software package is huge to customize keys. keyboard is very customizable. all & all happy with the product.

xsylus_ - (06/10/2009) First off I have to say this is the best keyboard I've ever used! I am a programmer which means I type code several hours a day and this keyboard makes typing code a breeze. I originally had the Saitek Eclipse II illuminated keyboard which was cool since it offered different color illumination but it felt cheap (especially when compared to this Logitech keyboard). I ended up winning a wireless Logitech keyboard in a contest; the diNovo which is a super-thin desktop keyboard but it, of course, doesn't illuminate. When I checked out the Logitech web site I found this illuminated, ultra-thin keyboard and immediately wanted it. So I sold the wireless one and used the money to buy the illuminated one. This keyboard has the same thin keyboard factor as a laptop keyboard has however, in my opinion, this keyboard still has a better key response than any laptop keyboard I've used. The rubberized wrist rest is absolutely awesome; it makes typing for long periods of time a joy and gives the keyboard a smooth clean look and feel. This keyboard looks way more professional than the Saitek one. The programmable keys are a nice touch as well and the volume up/down and mute keys are great. The software for this keyboard is pretty cool as well. I especially like the on-screen-display provided by the software; when you press a function key it shows what program is going to run and when you press the volume keys it shows bars much like most TVs do. Some things to point out, there is a clear plastic trim around the Logitech keyboard and when I first saw it I thought that maybe that part illuminated as well… it doesn't but it's no big deal, still looks nice. My recommendation to Logitech would be to make another version of this keyboard with an aluminum trim instead of the clear plastic; I think that would look really nice! This keyboard has three illumination settings 100%, 50%, and 25%, and of course, off. The nice thing is that when you reboot the computer it remembers which brightness setting was previously used. Also this keyboard illuminates when the computer is turned on (if previously set) so that you can see the keys even during the bios screen. The bottom line is that I would definitely recommend this keyboard to my friends and family… and even complete strangers.

mccrossbay - (05/30/2009) For the price this was a super bargain. over a year later it still works flawlessly. the receiver connects through USB and has a cord so you can position it for best reception. I am hoping I can buy another one to use in my living room as I've connected a computer to our TV, to stream movies through Netflix.

fisch4billf - (05/23/2009) It took me a bit to get used to the "broken" keyboard, but that was because I was "hunt-and-peck" typing. As I practice my touch typing, this is much easier to use than a standard 'flat' keyboard - I now have one at work, too!
