Shopping from Roswell, Ga with Kids N Cribs in California was nothing less than EXEMPLARY! The staff, especially Bryan, provided me with the VERY BEST customer service I have EVER, yes ever received from a retailer. He quickly, thoroughly & with an excellent attitude answered my questions and provided me with whatever information I requested; as well as going above and beyond by consulting with staff for their thoughts, contacting the manufacturer, etc in order to locate pieces of a dc'd Munire color they could get for me, getting color photos of my crib then consulting with others to assure that the color of the pieces we were looking at matched, & getting my crib info in order to look up where it was made to assure the pieces I was getting would fit and when one piece wouldn't be an exact fit telling me how to make it work. Need less stress, too many baby things to choose from, I know! Shop at KIDS N CRIBS-where you don't have to be the expert because they are your expert! |

Just ordered so cannot comment on receipt of merchandise. My wife did call given the fact that this is an item that is not yet in stock and found receptionist very helpful and informative. She was able to give us the number of orders already placed and likely scenario for coming shipments. Other sites were not as helpful. That and the Professional website caused us to choose Kids N Cribs to purchase the stroller. |

After waiting since last summer for the Pirates Cove Toy Bag, I finally found it on Kids N Cribs. No one else had it nor would have it until May-June. Not only did they have it in stock, but shipped it right away and I gave it to my delighted daughter-in-law to complete the baby's accessories. We were thrilled and will definitely recommend them to our friends! |

Why do they not tell us what the shipping will be? It says to check some link that doesn't answer the question and then says that shipping is free unless you get furniture or a crib which is exactly what we got....charges us for what we bought and then assumes that we will pay the shipping price no matter what. |
