Getting my passward was very frustrating. The one they finally sent me was not created by me so how was I to be able to enter it. It took 1/2 an hour just to get the right password. |

I saw this tub guard at my grandson's house when he was a toddler and remembered it when my husband developed palsy and had difficulty in the bathroom area. I ordered one and then he fell in the other bathroom, so I've ordered the second one! |

called the 1877 number. Guy was an ass. Was actually annoyed that I called, and told me to use the website. The only reason I am still using this site is becouse Amazon was not setup to provide the quantities I needed for my clinic, and I allready spent enought time on this purchase. |

Haven't rec. product yet so can't answer this. Have had this product for a few weeks and so far I love it. It is very strong and doesn't let loose like others. Easy to use and can be moved any ware. If there is one thing to improve it would be a choice of colors and maybe chrome or bronze. |
