I guess we all go through shipping accidents but what really matters how the seller handles it after that and I guess kingersons stands on top in customer service and I am super comfortable in my bedroom with this brand new AC on... very Fulfilling experience.. Absolutely every order, from both Kingerson's and its vendors, has been shipped promptly as per their guidelines, and every product has been in prime condition. I couldn't be more satisfied, especially since my first online purchase was from Kingerson's. Actually, I've not purchased from any other online store. I have been searching for a portable air conditioner since @2002, for the best buy for my needs. Hve checked many stores and online merchants, only to change my mind at the last minute. Once Kingersons.com popped up on my recent search, I read all they published re the product as well as other websites. I emailed them questions over a two day period- received responses almost immediately! I finally made up my mind and ordered since the price, the manufacturer and the product specifications were ideal for my needs. I was also impressed with the 5 yr warranty on the compressor. 12,000 BTU for 369.00 AND energy efficient! I received a lot of information about the product and the delivery was super-fast! I've never rec'd a product so fast. I haven't used it yet, but it's all set up and ready to go. A beautiful piece, too. The picture does it no justice, I am more than satisfied and have recommended it to my friends	Overall Rating

The lowest price $468.98 and they paid the tax and Shpping was .01 and insurance was .01. The Total price was 469.00 which is the Best Deal. Also order a air-purfier still waiting for the AMCOR AM-15. Overall the A/C is great. Kingersons has a great customer service.	Overall Rating
