I ordered items from this website and never received them. I have sent several emails to this company. All listed phone numbers on their website have been disconnected. I wish I had read previous reviews, all of which are negative. Live and learn. I am filing a complaint with the BBB in NC. Terrible experience and I am out $100 |

I wish that I knew before I ordered Foodsaver bags from this company this company that they were rated "F" by the better Business Bureau. I placed my order on 7/22, and they charged my credit card two days later. After a week, I checked their order tracking system and I found that it doesn't work. After that, I contacted them by email, and they told me that the bags were out of stock, but they would send mine on the day that they received them. After waiting two more weeks, I emailed them again, and told them that if they couldn't give me a promise of receipt in an additional week, they should cancel my order. At that point, they stopped communicating with me. My order was not cancelled. They are, by the way, still accepting orders for this item. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company. This is the worst experience that I have had with an online merchant ever! |

Horrible customer service. I placed my order. Received email confirmation that I would receive produce within 3 to 5 business days. At 5 days, sent email through Kitchen Gadgetry's website asking about my order. No reply. At 10 business days, sent a second communication. Promised I would cancel my order if I did not receive a reply. No reply. Cancelled my order and ordered from a different merchant. The following week my order from Kitchen Gadgetry arrived and I refused it. Sent email to Kitchen Gadgetry through their website requesting refund. Now, a month and a half later, I am still waiting for my refund. I sent another request through the website. No reply. Now I am working with my credit card company to get my refund. Amazingly poor customer service. |

Kitchen Gadgetry has been prompt with just one thing: debiting my account. Nearly 3 weeks after I ordered a product online (with 9-14 day shipping), I had no product. Order status inquiries: ignored. Phones & e-mails: unanswered. Leaving voicemail messages: impossible with a perpetually full mailbox. After learning more about KG’s bad track record, I e-mailed customer support asking for an indication within 2 business days of good-faith efforts either to deliver my order or to issue a refund. Lacking a response, I wrote, I’d contact the A. G. and BBB of NC, consumer watchdogs, etc. No response. I was beginning to think they had taken my money & gone out of business. Once I submitted these complaints (and informed the owner via e-mail that I had) I received a terse e-mail from him saying he’d canceled my order & would be refunding my money. The credit showed up 2 days later. Never an apology. I would never recommend that anyone do business with them. |
