Posted May 28, 2008 - This is the best sink out there for the pro chef. It is very large and deep for cleaning and prepping for a large family or party. The finish is excellent, and the undermount is the way to go for solid surface counter tops (Mine is honed granite. Remember to get the undermount install kit as this makes installation a breeze and saves a ton of contractor time making braces ($45 adder). This sink is very wide and takes up most of a 36" base (wont fit anything smaller), so it will not allow enough room for a flip out storage area in the front of the cabinate. It is also offset, so remember it will not center on a window or cabinate for asthetics. It is definately the way to go for any serious chef.
