Excellent! I called for a last minute Christmas gift. The woman I spoke to was really helpful and made sure it went out on time. As promised, it was delivered on the 24th. The cart is better quality than we anticipated. Overall, really impressed and grateful for the excellent product and service provided. |

I had to call with technical questions before ordering and was pleasantly surprised by the service they provided. I didn't get the girls name, but she was able to answer all of my questions about the range hood and how it worked/gets installed. Maybe it's just because I am not familiar with these things, but I was really impressed with her knowledge of range hoods. I went back online to place my order and was happy that only 4 days later I had the range hood at my house. My contractor installed the next day and we are more than happy with it. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for making it so easy. |

I tried purchasing 2 different sizes of exhaust fan grills, only one of which was as shown on the Kitchensource website. What I received was a 6" diffuser grill, not the intake grill I expected. I called Kitchensource and was told they would contact the manufacturer (Air King) and get back to me later in the day. After waiting a week for a reply, I called again, and again they said they would have to contact the manufacturer. This time the manufacturer asked that I send a photo of what I had received before they would do anything about it, instead of just sending out the correct part. I told Kitchen Source this was unacceptable and I would just like to return it for a refund. So again I'm told they would have to contact the manufacturer and would send me an email later that day. Didn't happen, I'm still waiting several days later. Of all my internet transactions over 10 years this one with Kitchen Source is the only one gone bad. I will never deal with them again. |

I had terrible experience with KitchenSource. Shipping was very slow - it took them 2 weeks to deliver a trash can. They also have "NO RESTOCK FEES" and "EASY RETURNS" signs on their web-site, but due to their return policy I had to spend ridiculous $44.67 to return my $101.95 order. Do NOT give your business to KitchenSource. |

I ordered a range hood. They had the lowest price i could find anywhere and i was so surprised at how quickly it arrived. The service is great and I would recommend shopping here to anyone. A++++ |

Ordered a kitchen island from this company. Affordable and well-built. I called a spoke to a customer service rep to discuss dimesions and found them very knowledgeable. It took no time at all to arrive but i reccommend inviting a friend over for assembly and making a cocktail hour(s) out of it...I needed the extra eyes for the directions. I'll take any additional storage space as I can get and this island definitely does a great job of keeping my countertops clear. I love my John Boos Kitchen Island! Thanks KitchenSource.com |

I ordered a Home Styles Kitchen Island from them and it's awesome. I ordered on Thursday and got it the following Tuesday. The asembly was pretty easy, but it took a while. The directions for assembly are ok. I could not beleive it came so quick. When i first placed the order online the email said it would be three business days plus transit time, but it only took four full days (including a weekend.) The sent the tracking number, so on Saturday I knew to it was going to be delivered on Tuesday. Overall, I was super happy. The kitchen island looks awesome, is sturdy and came extra quick. |

The item they delivered was different in both appearance and brand name than the one on their website. Although the item delivered was sold through their website at a much lower price, with an accurate photo and brand name, they insisted that it was the same item that was ordered. (Think of ordering a Mercedes and having the dealer tell you that the Plymouth they were giving you was "the same thing".) They would not abide by their "fair price" policy by refunding the difference between the value of the item delivered and what they charged. They refused to issue a return authorization and insisted that I return the item directly to them rather than having it picked up. They agreed to waive "restocking fees" - fair given that it was the wrong item - but failed to keep that promise. They refused to abide by their own policy that they are responsible for return shipping costs when they send the wrong item. |
