I could not find any info on the site about shipping and delivery date expectations and it was not clear whether or not my items were in stock. Maybe I will get an email if they are on back order. I wish I had noticed they price matched before placing my order. |

liked my first order so well I had to order four more backplates to go with my antique knobs. Don't recall the exact number of days until order arrived, but it seems a little longer than with purchases from other vendors. I have not received my credit card billing yet, but I expect it to be as accurate as the financial part of the website. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the ease of the website. I will certainly recommend this company to others. |

I'm not sure when my order will be delivered as no estimated delivery was given when I placed the order. I'm assuming the item was in stock, since there was no message that it would be back-ordered, but I'm not sure. Some of the items came in different colors, but the sample colors were not shown, only the names of the colors, so I had to go to other websites to see them. |

I am concerned about the reliability of this company. Never dealt with them before and was unable to talk to a representative about a question concerning my order. Hoping all goes well. No idea of delivery date or if the correct base was ordered (satin nickel) since only a number displayed and not a name for the base material. All the bases seemed to have the same number. |

They have yet to ship my order even after I contacted them. They took money right away from my credit card. This company is quick to charge you and unacceptably slow to ship. I doubt if I ever receive my order. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, as should anyone else who has had similar experience. |

After many emails and phone calls to this merchant, I finally received my order 85 days later. However, it was incomplete! I have had no response to inquiries about the remaining items to be shipped. Customer service seems to be "hit or miss" as some orders I have placed in the past arrived promptly while others have required a lot of followup on my part. If you are lucky enough to get an answer to email or phone messages, the person always seems indifferent to your issues. I will NOT recommend this seller to anyone again! |

The items were "back ordered" and no one notified me. When I called after weeks of waiting I was told my order was cancelled. My credit card was charged immediately and even after multiple communications to the merchant my money was not refunded/credited. I had to get the credit card company to charge back the vendor. I would recommend that everyone avoid this unethical vendor!!!!! |

Charged credit card immediately but never shipped. Manufacturer has the item in stock but refused to ship because of "unresolved issues with this merchant" I assume that means unpaid bills. Five emails, one phone call asking re: status, complaining. Received two emails back assuring me that they would contact the manufacturer...obviously they were just leading me on. |
