Great customer support. I had a question during checkout, and the business owner answered the telephone and courteously answered my question. The swing is well-constructed and was easy to assemble. The only issue is the photocopied installation instructions left the images somewhat blurred. I would suggest improving the quality of the installation instruction copy. Other than that, this was a very smooth transaction. Price was excellent. Shipping notification was prompt, and tracking was easy. The Labor Day holiday delayed delivery by one day, but that was not a problem. |

Checkout was easy, price was right, shipping was cheap.I received my swing much sooner than I expected. They e-mailed me to say it might take a little longer as they were backed up, so I was surprised to see it come as soon as it did. I would recommend this merchant to anyone looking for a good quality swing at a reasonable price. |

Ordering was easy and I had already seen the product at a friends house. I ordered the cypress wood 5 foot regular swing. I expect many years of use. I know cypress is a great choice for outdoor use. Should last a long time. |
